I hope you are having a wonderful week. On March 24th, I simply told you that I would share those documents with Representative Magendanz. I did not agree that I would give you all the "studies done prior to implementation of the standards, from Education Specialists, Teachers, Child Development Specialist, previous success stories, etc. including paper documents, email documents or any other digital formats" that he may or may not have read.
Also, I would like you to know that the FOIA is typically used for official agency documents, that may not already be available to the public. Your request doesn’t quite meet the scope of the law because no public official is required to keep record of the studies they have read on a particular subject.
